Without a high standard of quality here, no other upgrades or modifications will matter very much.

The purpose of this procedure is to convert from MSV70 to MSV80. This procedure will be necessary for all 2006 325i’s and 330i’s in order to run the Spec E9X tune, courtesy of Epic Motorsports. These instructions are specifically for the 330i. The reason for this conversion is to unify and consolidate the ECU calibration, creating parity within the 325i, 330i and 328i model range.

Wheel studs are a common upgrade for all types of enthusiasts. In motorsports of any level, it is common for racers and drifters alike to have multiple wheel and tire setups for a variety of reasons, and studs are a must. For the occasional track day, many enthusiasts will not want to scuff up a nicer set of wheels or burn through their street tires so they bring a second set of wheels with them to the track. Even streetcars can benefit from wheel studs.
